Anger Management


Have you ever been in a situation which makes you a mad or try to punch a hole onto your walls?Sometimes you just can't hold your fire inside yourself and you must take it out to make it go away. Maybe after a while, if this thing is unstable and can't be control, you might getting someone, even yourself to be injured. Here are some steps for releasing the fire inside yourself more effectively: 

1. Take a nap
By taking a nap, you will be more relax and pull away your tension.It is so effective and you may end up without noticing that you were angry.

2. Get active
Instead of taking it out on yourself or other people, why don't you take it out by exercising. For example, biking, playing soccer or other sports. It is not only good for your anger but also good for health.



3. Take  deep breaths
By doing this way, our nerves will go down. It is one ways of meditation and releases a little stress at a time.

4. Get a stress ball
Squeeze this ball to release your anger. You can squeeze these ball a  lot and carry it in your pocket or in your bag. You can squeeze it as you walk, catch the bus, sit at your desk or watching the television.

5. Counting numbers
You may also count number 10 to 1 backward and this can slowly release your anger.

6. Find the funniest thing you can (youtube has a lot of hilarious videos)
Laughing may not be what you want to do when mad but it can really help if you open yourself up to it.

7. Pray to God
One of the most effective way to overcome this problem. InsyaAllah..
